Shipments are made throughout the country and internationally by BRT and DHL Express Courier.
Delivery time is normally 48/72 hours.

The Product is shipped to the address provided by the Customer who, is responsible for entering the correct and true data during the purchase process in the order form.
Transportation costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are highlighted separately on the order form.
The Courier delivers on the ground floor and during business hours, usually, from 09:00 to 18:00 and Monday to Friday. Some areas may also be served on Saturday mornings.
The Customer (or its delegate) is required to check, upon delivery of the Product by the Courier, that:
- the number of packages being delivered matches the number indicated on the delivery note
- That the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any way.
Any damage to the packaging and/or Product(s) or mismatch in the number of packages or markings must be immediately protested in writing on the Courier’s delivery note. Once the Courier’s document has been signed with no exceptions raised by the Customer, the Customer may not object to it.
In addition, you must inform Customer Service at wortees.com under Contact Us about any exceptions – within 72 hours – of receiving the package.
Returns
The Customer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date he/she takes possession of the product following the purchase on wortees.com
Return procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must follow a specific procedure. Initially, it is necessary to contact customer support via the Contact form on wortees.com indicating the order number and the Customer’s name.
After contacting customer service, the Customer will be emailed detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return of the product.
Conditions for Return
The product must be returned in undamaged condition, without any damage or handling, except for opening the package necessary to verify the nature of the product. All original labels must be present and unaltered. The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product caused by misuse or damage during the period of possession.
Refunds
The Customer will be refunded when wortees.com receives the returned product and after verifying its integrity.
Integrity Verification
This process is used to verify the integrity of the product in order to identify any damage or tampering not resulting from transportation.
Methods of reimbursement
The refund involves the return of the amount paid for the purchase of the product and the transaction will be made using the same payment method chosen by the Customer in the order form.
